The Olympic Engagement Programme

The Olympic Engagement Programme aims to engage with the University’s international community and inspire them to take part in sport during the 2012 year and beyond.

The programme’s activities will seek to support and raise the profile of our highest performance athletes as well as provide opportunities for all to have a go at a selection of sports. See the athlete profiles for information about past and present Olympians.

Over the summer the University will be welcoming a number of international teams who will be training at our sports facilities and we will be celebrating the Torch Relay, which will  stop at our famous Jodrell Bank Observatory. See the events section to find out what else is happening on campus!
