The infectious rhythms and simplified dance patterns of Zumba combine the dance styles of salsa, mambo, samba, bhangra, belly dance, flamenco, reggaeton, rhumba, calypso and hip hop, creating the ultimate conditioning and fat burning session.
All courses are 8-weeks long and start week commencing 16th April 2012. Some prices vary for students, staff and members of the public. (* due to the Bank Holidays and Queen's Jubilee all course on Monday and Tuesday will be shorter, this is reflected in the price when you move through to the booking site.)

Come and join this small group where you will feel like you are getting personal training. You will tone your abdominals, buttocks and thighs. If you want results this is the class to go to.
Thursday 5:15-6:05pm
