This military style workout combined with one of the most effective forms of cross training, is a must to get you fitter and faster. The session involves shuttle runs, jump jacks, push-ups, kick-boxing, sit-ups and lots more.

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training and uses both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems to ensure a diverse workout, also improves hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
