(* due to the Bank Holidays and Queen's Jubilee all course on Monday and Tuesday will be shorter, this is reflected in the price when you move through to the booking site.)
Thursday 12:00-12:30pm
This 30 minute session is perfect if you haven't got much time to work out and want a quick blast. The class concentrates on the stomach, back and buttocks.
*Monday 11:30-12:00 noon
A 30 minute workout focused on toning and strengthening your upper arms. You will use your own body weight and light resistance bands, combines with a fun cardiovascular routine in between upper arm exercises.
Wednesday 11:45-12:15 noon
This 30 minute class will work your whole torso and is designed to improve your core strength. All levels are welcome and the class is progressive.
*Tuesday 12:00-12:55pm
This Pilates progressive course starts at beginners level and will progress each week. The course will include standing, lying and side series work covering all aspects of Pilates.
*Tuesday 5:00-5:50pm
The infectious rhythms and simplified dance patterns of Zumba combine the dance styles of salsa, mambo, samba, bhangra, belly dance, flamenco, reggaeton, rhumba, calypso and hip hop, creating the ultimate body conditioning and fat burning session.

Focus the mind and increase the flexibility of the body by using classical yoga and breathing techniques in a precise way to enhance the posture. Ideal yoga for the complete beginner.

Develop balance, strength and flexibility in this popular class. The course will revolve around breathing, pelvic and shoulder flexibility and restoration of the natural curves of the spine.
Thursday 5:00-5:50pm
Using targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

This focuses on the core using swing, snatch and jerk actions. Every single muscle is worked hard and develops endurance, aerobics capacity and strength..

Focuses on alignment and precision in the asanas (postures). Practice standing postures, forward bends, twists, inverted postures and yogic breathing to feel calmer, energized and alert.

Thursday 5:15-6:45pm
A powerful and challenging form of yoga, particularly recommended if you have experienced yoga before, or have a relatively high fitness level. Dynamic moves are used with constantly flowing repititive movements. Expect to leave the class feeling re-energised, lengthened and strong.
