If you love football, you will love our sports ground in Wythenshawe. Located just 6 miles from the city campus in Manchester, it is one of the largest grass areas in the UK which is solely dedicated to football. You will find 27 full-size outdoor pitches and one rugby pitch on this huge 90 acre grass area, which you can hire for both sports and non-sports related events. If you play in one of our Campus Leagues or Athletic Union clubs you will get plenty of opportunity to use this first-class facility.

The ground has been host to a number of major international football festivals, tournaments and other sports events such as cross country. We have a dedicated team of experienced grounds men maintaining the pitches, so we know you won't be disappointed with the quality. You will also find modern showering and changing facilities and plenty of free parking on site!
