After a summer coordinating digital fitness classes, we are finally delivering in person sport and activity sessions.

From the 28th September our AU clubs have begun training again across Manchester, preparing for a BUCs season that is due to start in term 2. Our AU teams have worked tirelessly to ensure that they are keeping all members safe whilst continuing to develop their skills as individuals and teams. You can see more about the incredible effort that they are putting in by visiting their team social media accounts and our club A-Z list on our website.

Whilst our Sport leagues are delayed, we are excited to announce that Sporticipate will return from the 12th October. Sporticipate is our free entry level sport timetable, that allows our students to try new sports in a safe and fun environment. We have over 30 sessions planned weekly that students can register for online.

Our next set of BeActive fitness classes start the week commencing the 19th October and you can book onto sessions via our website. We have a huge range of classes available to staff and students, ranging from yoga and pilates to express sculpting classes, to conditioning sessions.

Our BeActive timetable also includes our #ActiveAnywhere classes, which allows participants to work out in the comfort of their own home whilst still having access to our fantastic selection of classes.
