30 Day Challenge Success!
To support UoM Students and staff to be active throughout the previous national restrictions, UoM Sport ran a 30 Day Challenge throughout November. Over the 30 day a minimum of 2 exercise and wellbeing activities were provided virtually. The challenge set was for participants to take part in at least 15 of the sessions throughout the 30 days.
A fantastic 1100 people took part in the challenge, participating in HIIT workouts, Yoga, Legs Bums and Tums, Flex session plus much more. Congratulations to all those who smashed the challenge!
