Start your New Year fitness regime with a Zoom!

Kick start your year and sign up to UoM Sports online fitness classes. There are plenty to choose from with something for everyone! 

The online store is now live for our #ActiveAnywhere courses with yet again the Early bird offer of 8 weeks for the price of 6 commencing 11th January 2021.
We have some new additions to the programme – Power Yoga, Beginners Pilates, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, HIIT the Barre, Tai Chi Qigong, More Iyengar Yoga, Express Legs, Bums & Tums and Yin Yoga.
Plus all the other exciting sessions that we ran during the 1st semester will be running again for 2021.
