Be Active Summer zoom we still have plenty of places available on our Zoom group exercise sessions, there is something for all levels of fitness from Yoga , Pilates, toning classes, Kettlebell, Cardio blast, Zumba and gentle Tai Chi Qigong.

You can book a 5 week block of a course you fancy or maybe you would like to try the Zoom pass options Short pass  or Full Pass please note this offer ends Sunday 25th July.

These sessions are open to all Staff, Students and the general Public, friends, family (in the same house) and well behaved pets!

So if you are feeling a bit isolated and you want some social interaction as well as keeping fit, why not give it a go, the teachers are all very experiences and will welcome you J
