Our 1st semester Be Active group exercise courses are coming to a close for 2021 and the new 8 week blocks for the 2nd semester will start back 7th February 2022, so please watch this space and our Social media channels for when bookings are live.
But don’t worry we are still running a few drop in sessions to keep you on your toes for the build up to Christmas break and to give you a kick start for the New year!
During December and January we are offering a variety of group exercise classes on Zoom and at the Wellbeing rooms in the Simon Building
- All Zoom classes are FREE just copy & paste the ID number from the schedule.
- For the Face to Face classes at the Wellbeing rooms please pay the instructor when you arrive.
