January is a great time to blow out the cobwebs and start something new, whether it be embarking on a new hobby, or a fitness challenge (Purple wave)  or trying to eat healthier , it’s always good to set yourself some little goals.

Our Be Active programme is a great way to try something new and kick start your New year’s motivation regime, we offer sessions from High intensity such as Cardioblast or Kettlebells to the gentler sessions of Tai Chi Qigong or Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, there are many classes to join, catering for the complete beginner to the experienced exerciser.

We have a team of highly experienced teachers who will give you progressions throughout the 8 week programme.

We offer 8 week blocks of Face to face at the Wellbeing Rooms and Zoom classes.
