What are the benefits of Yoga?

There are various types of yoga, some that get your heart pumping and some that relax you, but all types of Yoga do help clear busy minds and immerse you in the practice or Yoga whether you are a complete beginner to the everyday Yoga guru.

Yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and strength, improve everyday posture and release muscular tension plus there are many more benefits, so what’s not to like!
