Team Manchester is the representative sport programme at the University of Manchester for our leading sport teams. Individuals selected for our Team Manchester teams have a motivation and commitment to learn and develop in the sport, engaging in training (both sport and S&C) and competitions.
Many of our Team Manchester teams enter into British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) competitions and sport specific regional/national competition. In BUCS, we were ranked 18th in 2024 and 2025. Our ambition is to elevate this ranking for 2026 so every session and fixture is vital to making the difference this season.
Our Team Manchester coach website will be the primary information hub to help you navigate and orientate your coaching with UoM teams and support us in providing an outstanding student experience of representative sport.
