Free de-stress classes at Sugden Sports Centre. Looking to reset during exams? We’ve teamed up with Sugden Sports Centre to offer some free classes to help you move, unwind, and manage stress during the exam period. Join every week between 18 May and 10 June:
- Pilates (Wednesday, 11:00–11:45)
- Power Pump (Wednesday, 18:15–19:00)
These sessions are open to all students and are designed to support your wellbeing, whether you’re looking to boost your mood, release tension, or take a break from revision.
How to join:
There’s no need to book in advance, simply head to Sugden Sports Centre and book in at reception when you arrive.
