Kit is allocated based on your role. Whilst everyone will receive a voucher for the garments needed, colleagues have the flexibility to order the garments they prefer.

This may be leggings instead of tracksuit bottoms, an extra pair of shorts and one less t-shirt or anything else that colleagues feel to be appropriate for them. Colleagues may also choose to personalise their garments, within initials, at their cost or add to their order over and above the amount provided should they wish. Please note you cannot return personalised garments.

When using your voucher code, you may split this over a number of transactions. However, if you do not use the full value of your voucher within the next 8-12 weeks, the rest of the value will be credited back to us and re-issued to colleagues for future use. All colleagues have had their voucher rounded up in addition to the having funds for the most expensive option in garments of similar type (type of tracksuit bottoms as an example).

When placing your order, you can order to be delivered to your home address but there is a charge of £7.20 for this service. Otherwise choose delivery to UoM Sport and we will let you know when it arrives. Deliveries normally taking place every two weeks.

“Where do I enter the voucher code?”

Please enter the Voucher code only on the Payment Method page NOT under ‘discount code’ on the order summary as it will not work in this section.

“It wont let me select my desired delivery location?”
If the system is not letting you select either delivery to the SU or your home address, then please refresh the page and this should then work.

“The items I want to order are out of stock, what should I do?”
We would suggest progressing your entire order and putting any items out of stock in your ‘Back Order’ when prompted. You will then be able to complete your purchase and will get notified by Surridge when the items are in stock for you to complete your order with the same voucher code.

“What’s the difference between logging into my account or the kit store?”
Once you have created an account, you can login to this using the person icon in the top right corner. This will always ask for both your email address and password as below:

To access the store, you need to enter the password provided to you on store login page which will only ask for a password as below. This is accessible directly from the link provided or you will need to enter the password again once logged in through a setup account.
