Sport Development Coordinator - Recreational Sport
The University of Manchester’s Sport Department, UoM Sport, is recruiting a full time Sport Development Coordinator to oversee our recreational sport programmes.
The role will coordinate and deliver our established campus league programme, as well as create new and additional intramural competitions and opportunities. The role will have responsibility for overseeing the recreational opportunities UoM Sport Clubs provide for their members, as well as supporting club development outside of our Team Manchester programme. The role will also play an instrumental part in the development and delivery of regional recreational competitions across the North West.
The successful candidate will line manage the Rugby Development Intern, as well as oversee a number of causal campus league coordinators and student volunteers.
We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who has substantial experience in delivering recreational sport programmes including intramural competitions and events, as well as support student lead sport clubs to access additional opportunities.

2nd team Netball Coach
The University of Manchester Netball club are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic coach who will be responsible for the coaching and management of the 2nd team Netball players within the club, alongside the holistic development of the Netball club as a performance sport at the university

Athletics - Jumps coach - UoM Sport Club
UoM and MMU Sport Athletics clubs are looking to recruit an new Jumps coach for their Representative sports teams.
UoM and MMU Athletics clubs are coming together to train this year and the coach will train students from both universities.
Training takes place at the Regional Athletics Centre at the Etihad campus.

25/26 Sporticipate Coordinators (8hrs per week £12.66p/hr)
UoM Sport are looking for energetic sport enthusiasts to assist the Recreational Sport Coordinator with running the participation sport programme (Sporticipate) for the academic year.
The main responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the participation sport programme throughout the academic year as the representative from UoM Sport, with support from the Recreational Sport Coordinator.

UoM Sport are looking for energetic sports enthusiasts to assist the Recreational Sport Coordinator with running the Campus Sport programme for the academic year.
League coordinator positions are available in the following sports:
- Men’s Football – Wythenshawe Sports Ground, Wednesday afternoon
- Men’s Basketball – Sugden Sports Centre, Sunday afternoon
- Men’s Rugby Union – Armitage Sports Centre/Platt Lane Sports Complex, Wednesday evening
- Men’s Futsal – Sugden Sports Centre, Sunday afternoon
- Women’s Netball – Sugden Sports Centre, Tuesday and Wednesday evening
- Women’s Football – Armitage Sports Centre, Thursday evening
- Mixed Hockey – Armitage Sports Centre, Sunday evening
The main responsibility of these roles is to manage and maintain the designated Campus Sport league on each of the fixture dates throughout the academic year as the representative from UoM Sport.

Casual Fitness Instructor (£12 ph)
UoM Sport Operations are seeking interested candidates for casual work at the Armitage Sports Centre on the Fallowfield Campus.
You must be experienced in working in a busy sport / leisure / fitness facility and hold a current NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Fitness Instruction. REPS/CIMSPA membership is also desirable.
