We are pleased to announce that Miara Pipe has been selected as the new Sport Sabbatical Officer for 2022/23, taking over from Fran Spink in July.

Miara is currently the treasurer of the Rowing club at Manchester and studies Economics and Politics.

“I am thrilled to have been chosen for this position and excited to be even deeper involved with UoM Sport in the upcoming year. I am so thankful I get to follow in Fran’s footsteps and plan to uphold the standards and goals of UoM Sport to the best of my ability”

We look forward to welcoming Miara into the UoM Sport Team, and wish her the best of luck with her upcoming exams!
